We start this tale with a couple at their wits end with a leaking bathroom and being let down by numerous contractors. In steps Karl. First impressions are huge and Karl did not disappoint. Supremely professional, on time, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Then the first flag that I was a meer mortal. Karl and Matthew started work on the bathroom and within half a morning had completely gutted it. I don’t think i have ever witnessed such swift and seamless destruction. They even slipped the old bath out without me hearing a peep while only 3 meters away. Now you may be thinking I am hard of hearing and some doddering old fool but no. They simply are that good. Within 3 more full days of work the bathroom was done, shower, bath, floor, toilet, vanity case, four walls of panelling and all plumbing. Always on time, always polite and utterly professional. They have been an absolute pleasure to have work in my house and restore all faith in not only trades people but humanity. Five stars are not enough.

Karl fitted a new Bathroom for us which we are delighted with, Karl gave us excellent advice and completed the work within a week.
We were so happy with the Bathroom that we asked Karl to carry out other work for us, Tiling the Hall and Kitchen/ Diner floor, Removing an Airing Cupboard and making good. Hanging new doors and more.
Once again we were delighted with the work. carried out and the way in which it was carried out.
Karl was Friendly yet professional throughout and we were happy to give him a Key so he could come and go as he needed.

Bathroom installation – excellent work
Karl did a full bathroom installation for us in Swansea in February 2022 and I would thoroughly recommend his service. From quote to completion everything ran smoothly. The work is high quality and everything was explained clearly so we knew what was included and what to expect. All work was done on time and the house was kept clean and tidy throughout. Karl checked details with us along the way and finished everything to a high standard, for a very reasonable and fair price.
